Returns

You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We don’t accept items that have been worn or used, items that have become damaged because of improper use, or items returned after the 14-day period.

Please fill in the Return Form included in your order and mention clearly which item(s) you would like to return. Include your Return Form in the parcel and return to the following address

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for the postal costs of your return.

Please note we do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.

We will refund you within 10 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order.

Please give us heads up after you send your return by emailing info@truebandits.com. If possible, please provide a tracking number.

Please note that we reserve the right to deduct shipping cost paid for shipping that item from your refund or credit

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY:

If you are making a return internationally and have received free shipping with your order, please be aware that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund when it is made. 

On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
